Yes. We collaborate with school teams to align strategies and support consistency across environments. This may include communication, planning, and coordination when appropriate.
We offer three levels of support based on what your child needs.
- Family Consultation is an as-needed check-in model with a BCBA to problem-solve specific concerns, school situations, or transitions.
- Parent-Led Behavior Support is an ongoing service where a BCBA partners with you to build and coach strategies that support your child's skills across daily routines.
- Direct ABA Therapy includes a therapy team working directly with your child on a consistent schedule, combined with ongoing family coaching.
If you're not sure where to start, we'll help you figure out the best fit.
No. Some families are looking for ongoing support, while others need consultation around a specific concern, transition, school situation, or behavioral question. Services are designed to be flexible based on the level of support needed.
Yes. Your involvement is an essential component of how services are designed. This may include learning and using strategies at home, participating in sessions, and staying connected through regular communication.
No. Services are recommended based on your child's needs, and scheduling is designed to be flexible and fit your family's routines.
Goals are based on assessment, observation, and family input. We focus on skills that support independence, communication, and participation across daily routines.
Every child's timeline is different. Some skills may develop quickly, while others take time, consistency, and support across environments. We focus on meaningful progress that carries over into everyday life, not just during sessions.
We do not accept insurance at this time. A superbill is available upon request for you to submit to your insurance company.

Yes. We work directly with schools and districts to provide consultation, assessment, coaching, training, and behavior support across classroom, program, and systems-level needs. Services may be short-term or ongoing based on the needs of the team.
We support students and teams in general education, specialized programs, and district settings.
Supports are tailored to the specific needs of the student, classroom, team, or school environment. Consultation may include identifying barriers within routines, staffing, systems, environments, and implementation practices.
Examples include:
- Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Classwide and individual behavior systems
- Custom visuals, schedules, choice boards, and reusable materials
- Classroom routines, transition supports, and paraprofessional support systems
- Data collection systems, progress monitoring tools, and visual data analysis
- Fidelity checklists, implementation guides, and staff support tools
- Classroom observations, staff coaching, professional development, and problem-solving support
- Program and systems-level supports, including staff structures, scheduling frameworks, and program organization
Supports are designed around the actual students, staff, and environment rather than adapted from a generic template.
Yes. Recommendations are designed with real classroom demands, staffing, schedules, and competing priorities in mind. Our goal is to build supports that are practical, sustainable, and realistic within everyday school environments.

Yes. We collaborate with existing school teams and MTSS teams to support consistency, alignment, and practical implementation across environments.
Yes. Training and consultation are designed around the needs of the staff, students, and environment rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Yes. Ongoing coaching and follow-up support may be provided to help staff implement strategies consistently and problem-solve challenges over time.
This depends on the goals and level of support needed. Some schools are looking for a single training or consultation session, while others benefit from ongoing coaching and follow-up support over time.
Yes. We are licensed in Virginia. We meet all BACB requirements, including the 8-hour supervision training, and have been providing supervision since 2016 in both Washington, DC and Virginia.
We supervise both.
No. We're currently licensed to supervise candidates whose fieldwork clients are located in Virginia or Washington, DC.
You'll need to be enrolled in or have completed a qualifying certification program, be eligible for BACB fieldwork supervision, and be completing at least 20 fieldwork hours a month.
Individual supervision is one-on-one, built around your specific caseload and fieldwork hours. Group supervision combines individual and group meetings in a small cohort with other candidates on the same path.
Cohorts form throughout the year rather than on a fixed schedule. Reach out to join the interest list and we'll let you know when the next one is forming.
No minimum commitment. You can pay per session with hourly supervision, or choose a monthly individual or group option.
We meet online on a set weekly schedule. To meet the BACB's observation requirement, we observe you working with a client live virtually, in person, or through a reviewed recording, depending on what works best for you and your employer or placement site.
We'll provide documentation to support that conversation with your employer, including details about our supervision process and what the BACB requires. Written authorization from your employer or placement site is needed before we can begin reviewing recorded sessions.
Only behavior-analytic activities tied to a specific client count, not general job duties. Working a 40-hour week doesn't mean 40 hours of fieldwork. General paperwork and non-behavior-analytic meetings don't count. We'll help you track what qualifies as you go.
Cherry Blossom Collective does not currently provide direct supervision or restricted hours with our clients.
